No drugs, no loud music, no excessive guests. We are a PRIVATE PROPERTY - only tenants and guest of tenants allowed. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED - that means no more HIGH ELECTRIC bills. Our apartments, cabins, and tiny home rentals start at only $650 a month and includes "electricity", water, sewage, garbage, and wifi. You pay ONE PRICE for rent and all utilities.
