All tenants must submit an application for leasing and applications are approved based on the applicant's ability to afford the rent and the character of the applicant. No drugs, no loud music, no excessive guests. We are a PRIVATE PROPERTY - only tenants and guest of tenants allowed. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED - that means no more HIGH ELECTRIC bills. Our apartments, cabins, and tiny home rentals start at only $650 a month and includes "electricity", water, sewage, garbage, and wifi. You pay ONE PRICE for rent and all utilities.
